What are ionized minerals and why are they different from colloidal, chelated, or dead minerals?
Ionized minerals are bio electrically charged minerals that are dissolved in water. They carry an extra electron, making them ready to be absorbed by cells in the body. Colloidal minerals are suspended in liquid but they are often too large to be readily absorbed into the bloodstream. When super small minerals are defined to be in a colloidal state, it is assumed that minerals are suspended in a solution, such as water. The best minerals are ionized or “living!”

Is it better to use an ionic mineral supplement?
Not all minerals are created equally. If minerals are not in the correct form, they can build to toxic levels in the body’s tissues and joints.

How long is True East mineral solution good for?
As long as it's kept in a cool, dark place, it won't have an expiration date.
How should True East be stored?
True East should be stored in a dry place out of direct sunlight.

Is it safe for my children to take these minerals?
Children need minerals just as much as adults do, possibly even more so, but of course, in a much smaller dosage. If you decide to give them liquid minerals then we suggest the following as a supplement: 1-8 yrs = 2-6 drops daily. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration and monitor the results. As always, consult your doctor first.

What does “Living Water”mean?
When we are speaking about ‘living water’, we are implying that there is such thing as ‘dead water’. We are all accustomed to drinking ‘dead water’ such as tap water, reverse osmosis water, distilled water, purified water, etc. We refer to these types of water as ‘dead’ simply because they are lacking any kind of mineral presence. These waters themselves do little for our health other than hydrating the body. Since our body is made up of more than 70% water, it is vital that you make it “living water” by adding True East.
