Return Policy
If you’d like to initiate a return, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Please provide your name, order number, a picture of the product(s), and the reason for your return in an email to our team at TrueEastMinerals@Gmail.com so we can begin to process your return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide easy instructions and a prepaid return label so you can send your item back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected minus shipping costs.
